This week’s mortgage market brought calm winds, with only the slightest movement in rates. Both the 30-year fixed and 15-year fixed ticked down just 0.01%, while FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products remained unchanged. The only increase came from the 7/6 ARM, which edged up by 0.01%.
