Jumbo, FHA, and VA products also stayed flat compared to last week, providing buyers and sellers with consistency in planning their next move.
The 7/6 SOFR ARM continues to sit just under 6%, making it the most affordable option for monthly payments this week. With rates steady, this creates a window of opportunity for buyers who have been waiting for predictability before making a decision.
