📈 Mortgage Rates Hold Steady with Minimal Movement

This week’s mortgage market brought only slight adjustments, keeping rates steady for most loan types. The 30-year fixed nudged up to 6.58%, while FHA and VA loans saw a small drop of 0.01% - a subtle change, but still a win for buyers looking for affordability.

The 15-year fixed and jumbo loans stayed flat, maintaining their current levels, while the 7/6 SOFR ARM ticked up by 0.01%. With stability like this, buyers and sellers can move forward with confidence, knowing that market conditions are staying balanced as we head deeper into August.
