📉 Mortgage Rates Dip Again - A Mid-Summer Opportunity for Buyers

This week’s mortgage update brings a wave of good news: rates have dropped slightly across nearly every loan type. The 30-year fixed is down to 6.77%, and both FHA and VA loans saw a 0.04% decrease - helping bring monthly payments down for many buyers. Even the 15-year fixed and jumbo loans moved in a favorable direction.

The only exception was the 7/6 ARM, which ticked up slightly by 0.01%, but overall the market is showing more buyer-friendly momentum. With rates holding under 7% and affordability improving, now is a great time to revisit your plans or get pre-approved before any late-summer shifts.
