šŸ“‰ Mortgage Rates Ease Down After Last Week’s Rise

This week brought a bit of relief for buyers as mortgage rates ticked downward across all major loan types. The 30-year fixed dropped to 6.32%, down 0.06% from last week, while the 15-year fixed settled at 5.84%. Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans also saw small declines, bringing a welcome dip in monthly payment estimates.

The 7/6 SOFR ARM continues to be the most affordable option, now at 5.82%, making it appealing for buyers looking for flexibility or lower initial payments. Overall, these modest drops give buyers and refinancers a bit more breathing room as we move deeper into fall.
